A big thanks to Tom for a job well done. My appointment was on Friday 24th July 26 at 7pm. Tom arrived on time and did a thorough checked of the problem with the vibration that we had, which apparently was coming from the kitchen tap as a result of leakage. Tom advised replacing the tap unfortunately B&Q at Gillingham was closed at the time. Tom came early morning on Saturday 25th July 26 having bought the new tap himself (giving me a discount - Yippee!) The job was done swiftly, neatly, quietly. I am very happy with the service. The service charge was reasonable too. Tom also helped to check my boiler and fill the pressure gauge as it was on red.
He was honest about boiler not needing any servicing at the time but to give it some few months.
I'm very happy with the overall service that I received. Tom is very efficient and reliable. I would recommend him.

Tom did the first and second fix heating on our loft conversion and I honestly can’t fault him.

From the start he was reliable, turned up when he said he would and the quality of his work is spot on. Everything has been done properly, it’s all neat and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.

He’s easy to deal with, knows his stuff and doesn’t cut corners. It’s hard to find decent trades these days, but Tom’s one of the good ones. I’d happily recommend him to anyone and I’ll definitely be using him again.
