Brilliant service from Tom who went out of his way to drop in an fix a valve on the inlet pipe for the boiler. Came after normal working hours and did a great job replacing the valve and making sure everything was working fine.

Would definitely recommend him and will be using Rochester Plumbers again in the future.

Tom was very polite and tidy. He serviced the boiler talking me through the process and left it looking like new after replacing a faulty part. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Very reasonable price for the quality of service

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Tom arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and clearly explained what the issue was and how it would be fixed. The work was carried out efficiently, to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

What really stood out was the honesty and reliability — no hidden costs and fair pricing for the work completed. It’s reassuring to find a plumbing company you can genuinely trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done 👍🏼
