Tom was amazing. Arrived as agreed and assessed what needed to be done. Tom discussed all costs and options; and was willing to try a repair first before replacing Managed to repair rather than replace toilet. He went off to get parts for a very old cistern, which he found. Tom was very professional, sorted out the most pressing issues as there were lots of them! Really grateful to Tom for responding quickly and with sensitivity to the situation. Appreciated his honesty and very fair pricing. Highly recommend, and have already booked him in for more work!

The service was amazing, Tom is excellent at his job
I would highly recommend him

I can highly recommend Rochester Plumbers, Tom did a wonderful job helping me with my issue, if you have any plumbing worries I can highly recommend this highly professional and very honest company.

After a rapid house clearance, I needed an equally rapid plumber.

I had a great experience with Tom from Rochester Plumbers. He’s friendly, talkative in the best way, and really takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. He involved me in every step of checking the plumbing safety in my house — even showing me how the pavement water meter disc works and what it means when it spins.
He isolated and capped the kitchen feeds, checked the loft, drained the radiators, and made sure everything was safe and leak free. A thorough job, done with care.
Tom is fully Gas Safe registered and clearly knows his trade, but what stood out most was his honesty, patience, and genuine desire to build his new business the right way. He even gave me a very fair price.
Highly recommended — a reliable, skilled engineer with a great attitude. I’ll definitely use Rochester Plumbers again.

This is a real engineer, a real human, and a real safe pair of hands.

Tom of Rochester Plumbers, lifted my day

Tom from Rochester Plumbers was an absolute star today. He helped me with a larger pipe-works job a couple of months ago, an absolute pleasure. Today a worrying problem with my toilet.

Tom arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue immediately (a stuck diaphragm in the toilet tank), and resolved it on the spot in under 3 minutes. He explained the mechanism clearly and showed me how to free it myself in future. And then he was gone.

No fuss, fast, friendly, and honest. Understanding too. He didn’t even charge for the visit.

An exceptional tradesman — highly recommended.

An old sage once told me, “A true professional if a genuinely good person, not only fixes the job, but leaves behind a total human boost”
And that was just what I needed today.
Thanks Tom.

Definitely a 5 plus star service. Highly recommended and will certainly use again

A big thanks to Tom for a job well done. My appointment was on Friday 24th July 26 at 7pm. Tom arrived on time and did a thorough checked of the problem with the vibration that we had, which apparently was coming from the kitchen tap as a result of leakage. Tom advised replacing the tap unfortunately B&Q at Gillingham was closed at the time. Tom came early morning on Saturday 25th July 26 having bought the new tap himself (giving me a discount - Yippee!) The job was done swiftly, neatly, quietly. I am very happy with the service. The service charge was reasonable too. Tom also helped to check my boiler and fill the pressure gauge as it was on red.
He was honest about boiler not needing any servicing at the time but to give it some few months.
I'm very happy with the overall service that I received. Tom is very efficient and reliable. I would recommend him.
A happy customer

Tom did the first and second fix heating on our loft conversion and I honestly can’t fault him.

From the start he was reliable, turned up when he said he would and the quality of his work is spot on. Everything has been done properly, it’s all neat and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.

He’s easy to deal with, knows his stuff and doesn’t cut corners. It’s hard to find decent trades these days, but Tom’s one of the good ones. I’d happily recommend him to anyone and I’ll definitely be using him again.

We had a great experience with Tom fixing our boiler. Very polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Rochester Plumbers.

Tom helped us today with a possible leak and under sink pipe problem..Attended same day, local, friendly, knowledgable and good price. Would use again.
